Farewell David

In September, the Shi lab wished a fond farewell to post-doctoral fellow David Valle-Garcia, who has accepted an exciting position at the Institute of Biotechnology in Mexico. David joined our lab in 2016, and has focused his research on investigating the role of histone variants and RNA modifications in cell function, specifically in relation to cancer. We are very thankful for the positive impact David has made to our laboratory team, as well as his contributions to epigenetic discovery. We wish David the very best in his exciting new adventure!
